Small Hands, Big Smiles: Fuji Infinity International Preschool’s Stationery Drive with Musubi-te Foundation

At Fuji Infinity International Preschool, we believe education is not just about what happens inside a classroom –  it is also about nurturing kindness, empathy, and a sense of responsibility towards the community around us.

As part of our commitment to giving back, our team recently conducted a heartwarming stationery drive in collaboration with Musubi-te Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities through education, skill development, and social welfare initiatives. The foundation works closely with migrant and underserved families, creating opportunities for children to learn and grow despite difficult circumstances.

Our team visited a learning centre in Sector 67, Gurgaon, where specially curated stationery kits were distributed to children from migrant slum communities. Each pack was thoughtfully prepared with essential school supplies to encourage and support the children in their educational journey.

But what truly stayed with us was not just the act of giving – it was the experience of spending time with the children.

We sat with them inside their classroom, a small tin structure that became extremely hot during the afternoon. Despite the heat, the children welcomed us with bright smiles, endless curiosity, and incredible enthusiasm. They eagerly showed us their notebooks, shared their work proudly, and even tried speaking to us in English. We were deeply moved to learn that until just a week ago, the classroom did not even have a roof, making the conditions even more challenging. Yet, the children’s spirit and excitement for learning remained unwavering.

The most touching moment came when the children received their stationery kits. Their joy reminded us how meaningful even small gestures can be.

This initiative was more than just a stationery drive – it was a reminder of the power of compassion, connection, and community. As a new preschool in Gurgaon, we hope to raise children who not only learn academically, but also grow up understanding the importance of kindness and social responsibility.
